For cleaning and care, it is recommended to wipe the handle with a damp cloth. Be careful not to use cleaning products as they may be corrosive to the handle. For installation, insert the square spindle into the latch, loosen the inner set screw, and screw into the wood using the lag screws or the through bolts.
